Dear Ulichka, there is no new etymological dictionary, but there is a ton of material in Gerard, Phonétique et morphologie de la langue lydienne. Ample linguistic commentary is available in Payne & Jorit, Lords of Asia Minor (+ review) as well as in Högemann & Oettinger, Lydien: Ein Altanatolischer Staat zwischen Griechenland und dem Vorderen Orient (de Gruyter 2018).
