Suggestions are given in Appendix B for the responsibilities of the purchaser (user), fabricator, and lining applicator regarding design specifications and inspections. The recommended practices in this Standard can also be used in the design, fabrication, and surface finish of tanks or vessels for services other than immersion, such as dry bulk storage of solid materials.
