In this practical resource, we aim to address these key questions about transition. The resource is the
result of a project we conducted with teachers around the world who are teaching students at these two levels. Our aim was to find out about teachers’ experiences of the process of transition in their local contexts and to get their views on what would help schools, teachers and learners to manage transition more effectively.
